Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Accra. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, developing detailed plans, overseeing project execution, and ensuring seamless integration of systems. The role involves collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction teams to bring design concepts to life while meeting specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee and coordinate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to support design processes
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
