Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Accra. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on HVAC system design, engineering calculations, and delivering efficient, practical solutions aligned with project requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support high-level commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and selection of VRF, Chilled Water, and DX systems
• Preparation of technical proposals, layouts, and equipment selections
• Cooling load calculations and system optimization
• Coordination with project teams, clients, and consultants
• Technical support during installation, testing & commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of HVAC design experience
•  Strong knowledge of VRF and commercial air conditioning systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft excel and HVAC selection software
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Practical site experience is a strong advantage
