- Identify and acquire new educational and technology partners to join the platform, expanding our user base and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and successful launch on the platform.
- Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
- Meet and exceed performance targets (partnership sign-ups, engagement metrics), contributing directly to company growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, account management, or partnerships.
- Proven ability to exceed sales or partnership targets, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for education and technology.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
