Step 7: Shortlist Promising Candidates

Create a shortlist of the most promising candidates based on their Relevance Ranking and alignment with the job requirements. These candidates are the ones you will further evaluate and engage with during the next stages of the recruitment process.

Utilize the Recommended Candidates feature, powered by AI, to explore additional candidates who may have been overlooked initially. This feature suggests 10 highly qualified candidates based on their skill set, experience level, job function, industry relevance, and location. Remember this feature works only for the standard job ad

Carefully review the profiles and applications of the candidates recommended. Consider their qualifications and potential fit for the job, even if they were not initially on your radar.

Step 10: Expand the Shortlist

If you find promising candidates among the Recommended Candidates, expand your shortlist to include them. This step broadens your talent pool and increases the likelihood of finding the perfect fit for the job.

Step 11: Proceed with the Recruitment Process

Move forward with the recruitment process, engaging with the shortlisted candidates through interviews, assessments, and further evaluations. Evaluate each candidate based on their skills, experience, cultural fit, and other relevant factors.
