Rana motor Pvt. Ltd. (the company) was incorporated in May 1999 in Delhi, taking over business of partnership concern M/s Rana motor & Leasing, an authorized dealer for Citibank Car Loans and one of the market leaders in its field in the city and even in country. The company was selected by Maruti Udyog Limited as its authorized dealer for South Delhi and it had opened its showroom in the prime business location in Safdarjung Enclave, just opposite to Bhikaji Cama Place in the year 2001.

In the year 2005 the company was awarded its second showroom at Tis Hazari Metro Station. The company has its state-of-the-art workshops in Okhla Industrial Area, another prime business location of the South Delhi and at Jahangirpuri Industrial Area.
