Norsaac cause social change through the networks of women, youth, children, excluded groups, and like-minded organizations. The organisation started as an HiV and AID club in 2002. with learning from the unique gender challenges of the female sex, Norsaac transformed into a gender transformative organisation that connects the realities of women, youth and children to national policy.
