Summary
We are seeking a Self-Owned Vehicle Dispatch Specialist with a Degree and prior experience to coordinate dispatch of self-owned vehicles for material transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch self-owned vehicles based on operational needs.
- Maintain driver and vehicle records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Track trip completion and report issues.
- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
