Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Tricycle Riders to join our transportation team. Tricycle Riders will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a strong commitment to safety.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate tricycles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of goods during transportation, including securing items properly and obeying speed limits.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to passengers, assisting them with boarding, alighting, and handling luggage or goods.
- Handle passenger feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect fares and issue receipts to passengers, ensuring accuracy and accountability in financial transactions.
- Report any mechanical problems or accidents immediately to the transportation supervisor.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local transportation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with authorization to operate tricycles.
- Proven experience as a tricycle rider or similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
