Job Summary

We are searching for a Business Development Consultant’s to join our company. The Business Development Consultant would need to be knowledgeable about products and create a rapport with clients quickly to build lasting relationships.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
  • Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activities
  • Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
  • Cold calling potential clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with other departments  
  • Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests and competitive activities
  • Ensure 100% CRM compliance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or an equivalent.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) Years’ Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain professional networks.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Target Orientated
  • A willingness to work irregular hours.
  • The ability to travel regularly.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism.


Location: Dzorwulu, Greater Accra
