- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with utilizing JIRA to manage sprints, user stories, and a backlog of requirements
- Experience working with the DoD or Navy
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies to create To-Be process maps
- Certified Scrum Master
- PMP certification
