Job Summary
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects focused on utilizing low-code-no-code products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to production, ensuring that project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule constraints. You will leverage your experience with low-code-no-code platforms to effectively allocate resources, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and mythologies, driving efficiency and excellence in delivering impactful solutions to advance the understanding and treatment of infectious diseases.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 8+ years of experience as a technical project manager
- 3+ years of experience working with the Federal Government
- Experience leading and managing project teams effectively, providing clear direction, and support
- Knowledge of LCNC COTS products, including their capabilities, limitations, and best practices for implementation
- Ability to pay strict attention to details in all project activities, including planning, executing, monitoring, reporting, and allocating resources
- Ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery
- Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
