- Lead the product development lifecycle of the PetDesk App and Health Management Platform, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Implement a multi-channel promotion strategy to drive adoption of the PetDesk App
- Develop and implement engagement and monetization strategies focused on pet food, pet insurance, pet pharma, and other pet health partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
- Define and analyze metrics to measure the success and impact of your product strategies
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the pet food and insurance industries
- Ensure a seamless user experience while integrating new monetization features into the app
- Stay abreast of trends in the pet care industry and SaaS product management
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or mobile app environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing mobile-first products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for pets and the veterinary industry
