Job Description/Requirements

In this role, you'll get to:
• Manage and maintain B2B Sales CRM, and provide guidance to the team.
• Focus on improving the overall effectiveness of the B2B Sales Team by optimizing workflows, processes, and tools.
• Manage inbound client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses, and coordination with the Sales Team.
• Obtain and manage large contact databases to provide the Sales Team with clean and up-to-date prospecting lists.
• Innovate and adopt new lead prospecting methods and strategies to increase the quality and quantity of leads generated.
• Implement automation solutions to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance the B2B sales workflow.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to the B2B Sales Team.
• Onboard and set up retail platforms for expansion, ensuring a smooth transition and operational readiness.
• Effectively plan, execute, and manage new projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deadlines.
• And other tasks.


We are looking for people who have:

• Higher education
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a B2B sales or CRM optimization context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar PM software.
• Experience with automation tools and data analysis.
• Results-driven and hands-on approach.
• Flexibility to work during US working hours.
