Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.
Strong experience with creating growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
