Job Description/Requirements
What you will be doing
- Maintain the product roadmap by setting goals, formulating strategies, planning initiatives, prioritising features.
- Coordinate project meetings and tasks, setup and maintain PRDs
- Guide the implementation of new features and enhancements with your squad
- Measure impact of changes to incorporate these insights into future plannings
- Analyse user insights & conduct user interviews as needed
- Push the product communication to make sure our users and teams are well-informed on the current state of product development
- Coordinate resolution of (critical) issues together with engineering team
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to identify common user issues and the ways to resolve them
Who you are
- You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS environment in one of the following product areas (CRM, lead management, messaging, relationship management or similar)
- Project Management Ninja: you’re good at coordinating project meetings and tasks, setting up and maintaining PRDs, creating & managing tickets, keeping people informed, handling interests from all stakeholders along the product development cycle
- Empathetic Leader: you’re able to lead a small team of engineers & designers, motivate them and care for their well-being
- Technology Geek: you have a deep understanding of online marketing, coding, design and business development
- UX Analyst: you have experience in collecting and analysing user insights and you know how to use them to uncover product opportunities and measure success of new features/improvements
- Real Champion: you work hard & diligently, spark others with positive mindset; you deliver results through an established approach to task- and time-management
