Job Summary

We are currently seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Creative Graphic Designer who can effectively translate our clients’ needs into advertising assets with a high visual impact, take ownership of shaping the visual aspects of commercial communication, and continuously seek new ways to innovate within the brand guidelines.

Job Description/Requirements

What You Will Do:
  • Closely collaborate with Creative Director, Copywriters, Videographers, and Project Managers teams to ideate and develop distinctive and performing advertising assets.
  • Contribute to ideas creation processes, mood board creation, and presentation.
  • Design creative visuals for product/sales advertising assets, such as graphics for YouTube ads and banners for Meta and other channels.
  • Apply and innovate global Hostinger brand guidelines by working on projects like booth designs, billboards, and visuals for other channels (blog, tutorials).
  • Test and discover creative decisions across various media.
  • Take ownership of the workflow and creative projects from concept to completion, communicating with all involved in-house teams to keep projects on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Keep abreast of current design and cultural trends.
  • Mentor and provide feedback for your peers and support colleagues in different teams with graphic design knowledge.

What You Will Do We Expect:
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.
  • Experience with AI Tools, such as MidJourney, ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics principles and how to design graphics for animations. Experience in After Effects would be extra amazing. 
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and pixel-perfectness.
  • Exceptional artistic ability to create designs that will catch a viewer's attention and appeal to different customer needs.
  • A general understanding of advertising formats and performance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, executing creative content for online campaigns, websites, videos, and outdoor.
  • Have good written and verbal English skills
