Business Development / Sales Representative – Mining Sector (Ghana)

About the Company
A growing company active in supplying products and services to the Ghana mining industry is seeking to expand its operations nationwide. The company works closely with major mining firms, subcontractors, and local suppliers to deliver value-driven solutions that improve efficiency and operations across the sector.
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a Business Development / Sales Representative with solid experience and strong connections within the Ghana mining sector. The right candidate will understand how the mining business operates, know key people in the field, and have the ability to identify and open new business opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Develop and maintain relationships with mining companies, subcontractors, and procurement departments.
2. Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and supply channels within the mining industry.
3. Represent the company at mine sites, meetings, and industry events.
4. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
5. Work closely with management to grow mining-related business operations.
*Qualifications & Experience*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Ghana mining sector (operations, procurement, logistics, or sales).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
Must be fluent in English and familiar with Ghanaian mining business culture.
