Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site salesperson role based in Wenchi. The salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales process. Additionally, the salesperson will analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies to ensure the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback to adapt sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and other related Software
- Excellent Organizational, Multitasking, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous
