Job Description/Requirements
Main responsibilities will be:
Support global stakeholders and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day operations, primarily in Salesforce, while working with various stakeholders across our GTM function (e.g. Sales, Expansion, Customer Success, Marketing)
Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the Revenue Operations team
Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, network infrastructure, project planning, and user education
Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the businessÂ
Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
Some key qualifications
5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, and business operations function
2+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience (Salesforce Admin certification required)
Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools
Demonstrated skills with process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building
Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
Experience working on a global teamÂ
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders
Experience administering additional sales tools (Outreach, Chilipiper, Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, Zapier, Cognism, etc.)
