Job Description/Requirements

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Support global stakeholders and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day operations, primarily in Salesforce, while working with various stakeholders across our GTM function (e.g. Sales, Expansion, Customer Success, Marketing)

  • Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by the Revenue Operations team

  • Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, network infrastructure, project planning, and user education

  • Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business 

  • Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue


Some key qualifications

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, and business operations function

  • 2+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience (Salesforce Admin certification required)

  • Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools

  • Demonstrated skills with process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building

  • Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards

  • Experience working on a global team 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders

  • Experience administering additional sales tools (Outreach, Chilipiper, Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, Zapier, Cognism, etc.)
