Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Staff role based in Tema. As a Sales Staff member, you will handle day-to-day sales activities, including identifying customer needs, explaining product features, and guiding clients through the selection process. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a welcoming showroom environment, achieving sales targets, and developing strong customer relationships to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service skills, including product demonstration and client relationship management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to assist customers in identifying tailored solutions
- Basic Knowledge of Product Design and Materials, with the ability to explain product features and options
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple customer queries effectively
- A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or retail is a plus
- Familiarity with the construction or home improvement industry will be an advantage
