Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products or services, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation tools.
  • Research and understand the needs of potential clients to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, showcasing features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product/service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant departments.


  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • HND or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Accra

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: GHC 1200.00- GHC 1500.00
