Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of two years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through effective prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition of clients to the account management or implementation teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
