The Sales Executive at the cinema is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This includes assisting patrons, managing ticket sales, handle transactions and addressing customer inquiries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase ticket sales and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and community partners to secure group bookings and special events.
- Actively promote movie screenings, special promotions, and loyalty programs to drive attendance and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving performance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
