Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Â Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualification:Â Assess the needs and pain points of potential prospects to determine their fit for our services, effectively qualifying leads for further engagement by our sales team.
Research:Â Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts and maximize engagement.
Relationship Building:Â Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, building rapport and trust while effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
Lead Handoff:Â Transition qualified leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive background information and ensuring a seamless handover for further sales conversations.
CRM Management:Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient follow-up.
Collaboration:Â Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
Previous experience (3+ years) in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Resilience and persistence, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
