Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Revenue Executives to drive revenue generation efforts for the Hybrid Expo. Reporting to the Sales and Revenue Manager, the Sales and Revenue Executives will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the expo's client base and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance and participation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives.

Salary Range: 2500 (Retainer) + 20% Commission Monthly

Location: Accra, Ghana
