Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day resort operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B).
- Ensure excellent guest experience and promptly resolve any issues or complaints.
- Supervise, train, and manage staff performance.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
Requirements
- Two (2) years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft suite and other office software.
Salary: GHS4,000
