Job Description/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience as an assistant Program Manager with the research and development of projects within a program and with Agile processes, prototyping, and product delivery
- Experience in government research and development process from start to finish and with the Federal R&D budget life cycle
- Ability to plan and manage multiple programs and delivery on tasks, as needed
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress against key initiatives while accepting feedback
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
