The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the BD&I projects and programs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project completion while adhering to timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain a program roadmap that outlines workstreams, inter-dependencies, key stakeholders, roles, and responsibilities
- Activate key partners within the team ensuring the necessary resources to fulfill timelines & business objectives
- Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address issues before they impact business results
- Maintaining business partner / vendors relationships to collaborate or gain on programmatic adjustments and action items
- Design and run meetings with a range of stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, business administration, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in complex and cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
