Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager join our team. You would take full ownership of the marketing activities and directions, expansion to various markets, and overall success of one of our new products. We expect you to stay hands-on while orchestrating our high-performing marketing team, driving their productivity and results, demonstrating a proactive and responsive approach, embodying a "can-do" attitude

Job Description/Requirements
- Be responsible for the marketing strategy and growth.
- Define marketing initiatives scope, including timeline, resources, and costs.
- Facilitate marketing-related team meetings and communicate action steps to the team.
- Manage, organize, and distribute all information - including creative briefs, strategic plans, progress reports, deliverables lists;
- Manage and drive performance with your cross-functional high-performing marketing and product teams.
- Ensure the highest standards are set and the marketing is meeting business goals, including new billings, ROAS and growth goals.
- Act quickly, be proactive and show your “can-do” attitude.
- 3+ years of experience working with both digital performance marketing and partnership management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand technical aspects needed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, including precise and effective written/verbal communication.
