Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our startup technology company, a business video ecosystem providing companies with the ability for precise and relevant search, exact audience targeting, and premium content monetization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across the entire media platform, while ensuring a seamless user experience. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to design and deliver high-quality digital products that drive traffic, engage customers and create a network effect.

Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX, Product Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
- Expert skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field (or equivalent work experience)
