Job Summary
In this positions you will manage the day-to-day operations of Supplier Enablement. This positions is 50% working directly with the business or suppliers; 50% trouble-shooting issues using various tools or internal teams.

Job Description/Requirements
How you will do it:
- Answer Service Now tickets raised by the business
- Answer Supplier and business emails that come to the group mailbox
- Troubleshoot PO submission, invoicing and payment issues
- Work with internal teams (VMA/AP/IP/Payments) to resolve issues
- Research invoices that have been in reconciling status for more than 10 days
- Monitor payment status to ensure 95% paid-on-time status
- Monitor user and supplier issues and work to eliminate or train for better results Review Ariba Supplier Enablement Dashboard to ensure it captures needed data and metrics meet departmental KPIs
What we look for
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills – ability to track an issue to root cause
- Computer savvy – ability to learn new tools, work within multiple systems (S4, FS2, Ariba B&I)
- Expertise in Ariba B&I processes, including working with SAP and IT to resolve issues
- Analytical skills – ability to work within dashboards and in Excel documents with large sets of data
- Familiarity with A/P and payments is a huge plus
