Job Description/Requirements
What you'll do at Deel
Own the lead handoff process and actively manage the intersection of marketing, sale development, partnership and salesÂ
Ensure the integrity of data and data flows in Salesforce
Drive excellence in Deel’s Pipeline through process improvements and close collaboration and partnership with the Process and systems teamÂ
Implement workflow / automation to reduce administrative tasks and improve efficiency
Drive and optimise Deel’s Pipeline lead flows and lead distribution - evolving and optimising processes and developing metrics to measure and drive improvementsÂ
Develop strategic partnerships with Sales leads and marketing heads and ensure 100% engagement of all leads for all Horseman sourcesÂ
Conduct pipeline reviews with sales leadership to assess and manage the health of the revenue pipelineÂ
Drive our Lead Enrichment Strategy - Define and document the process and drive continuous improvements to increase lead qualityÂ
Drive the execution of key projects to improve overall pipeline hygiene and rigourÂ
Key Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role with a focus on Pipeline, Lead Generation and upper funnel business performanceÂ
Demonstrated experience in driving improvements in upper funnel metrics and lead flow managementÂ
Strong analytical proficiency, backed with application (Excel, G-Sheets etc with SQL as a plus)Â
Expertise and Experience in Salesforce CRMÂ
Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
