Pumpkin is looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Agent to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline as you complete 20-30 calls per day with a primary focus on closing new business. This will be a mix of inbound and outbound sales calls as well as emails, prioritizing outbound calls to warm leads
- Provide a best-in-show experience and capitalize on every lead with potential customers, educating them on all aspects of Pumpkin's policy and product offerings in order to consistently complete the sale
- Analyze customer motivation by gathering information and exploring concerns while handling objections with ease
- Act as a brand ambassador, establishing and building on positive experiences customers and potential customers have with Pumpkin
- Actively collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience
- Participate in team meetings, elevating ideas around how to close more sales and/or improve the customer experience
- 2 years minimum experience in an outbound sales environment with a proven track record in DTC sales, successful lead generation and new business development
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
- Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
