Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Providing technical and administrative support to the team, enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of our partnership efforts.
- Facilitating communication and coordination within the team, including taking notes at meetings, following up on action items, and organizing team-building events and workshops.
- Identifying, recruiting, and liaising with small influencers and other partners to build fruitful relationships.
- Analyzing performance data to provide insightful reports, aiding in strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do We Expect:
- A drive to innovate and enhance processes, making operations smoother and more efficient for everyone.
- Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using Google Workspace, web, and data analytics tools.
- High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English.
- A background in student or university groups like AIESEC, where project management and task coordination skills were honed, would be advantageous.
