Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 2+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community
- Experience in applied behavioral science research, research methods, survey research, or experimental design
- Knowledge of data management, data collection, data analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence and reporting tools
- Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex topics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience in solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders using both traditional and innovative solutions 
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related field
