Job Summary

As an Offline Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales revenue for the company's products or services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote the offerings to meet their requirements.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers through various channels, such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand customer preferences and buying behaviour.
  • Articulate the features and benefits of the products or services to potential customers, addressing their queries and objections effectively.
  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers in selecting the most suitable products or services.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with customers.
  • Ensure a smooth and timely sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long- term loyalty.
  •  Provide excellent customer service, addressing post-sale inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Generate sales reports and updates for sales managers and other stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 25 years with HND or Any Tertiary Certificate.
  • Minimum age 30 years with Wassce
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • •elf-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Location: Accra and Tema.

NB: Paid allowance after training.
