Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment, Training and Retraining
- Selling of Company Products
- Book for Sales activation and Presentations
- Offer Field Support to Financial Planners
- Reporting- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Performance
- Deliver on FPs Retention as per Budget- Minimum of 10
Purpose of the Job:
- Recruit, train and Maintain a minimum of 10 Financial Planners at all times
- Achieve Monthly Mobilization budget
- Achieve Monthly New Business Budget
Education and Experience
- Degree/ Diploma / SSCE
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Customer Service or Teaching
