We are hiring a Lead Sales Manager to work hands-on with our Growth Intelligence team, developing elite sales strategies and closing major deals while simultaneously training our salesforce to independently close more and bigger deals.

- Establish monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with our business goals, and collaborate with the sales team to meet these key performance indicators.
- Actively manage our sales team, owning the recruiting and training of each salesperson to identify and target high-value prospects, effectively pitch our Growth Intelligence offering, and achieve their sales goals.
- Work hands-on to close major deals while training the team to close more and bigger deals independently.
- Conduct effective team meetings, call deconstructions, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and sales blitzes to ensure high energy, performance, and knowledge sharing.
- Track activities and team performance on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and apply effective strategies to improve the sales metrics.
- Work closely with Marketing, Developer Support, and our Head of Game Growth to monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize our CRM and other selling tools to improve rep productivity.
You must have:
- Proven success in the gaming industry, with a proven inside sales record in a quota-carrying role.
- 3+ years in a Sales Leadership role, with a solid sales process and the ability to teach others to close deals.
- Proven success in building, managing, and empowering a sales team to achieve great results.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to develop sales strategies, forecast accurately, and drive the team’s performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pitch complex solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
