We are currently looking for a Head of Strategy (f/m/x) to join our team. This role will play a vital part in leading strategic areas for our business and realizing high-impact cross-company projects.

Job Description/Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), e-commerce or another fast-paced environment
- You have worked within or with e-commerce players before
- You have people leadership experience, and have successfully developed people and brought out their best potential
- You are a highly strategic thinker, have excellent analytical skills and an outstanding track record of working with cross-functional teams
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are ambitious about growing with us and advancing our mission
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Directly report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work with her on company strategy development and execution through OKRs
- Lead and develop our non-CE category incubation
- Set-up and drive strategic projects independently and cross-functionally
- Identify improvement areas for the company and work with c-level and other teams to realize these
