What You’ll Do:Â
- Understand the industry landscape and needs of IT Pros and use that knowledge to shape the best product experience in the market.
- Lead an AGILE team - collaborate and lead development and software engineering teams to communicate requirements, deliver new features, and remove roadblocks
- Lead a small team of Product Managers
- Achieve ambitious product goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions.
- Turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.
- Use data to drive decision making - collect, measure, and report out the metrics that matter to the business.

Qualifications:Â
- Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience working on B2C websites; preferably with websites monetized through advertising
- Experience and enjoyment of people management - you love to help your team grow in their careers as much as your own
- Experience using data to make decisions
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with audiences ranging from development teams to company wide town halls.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple features, products, & launches with proven successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to tie products and features to business outcomes.
