Field Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members of the public to introduce company services and capture interest data.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach, field surveys, and activation campaigns to identify potential leads.
• Collect customer information accurately using digital devices or paper forms.
• Explain company offerings clearly to potential prospects and answer basic inquiries.
• Assist in organizing community activations, field promotions, and awareness events.
• Submit daily/weekly field reports on leads gathered, interactions made, and activity outcomes.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of customer information.
• Represent the company professionally at all times while on the field.
• Work closely with the supervisor to achieve daily and weekly field targets.
• Provide feedback from the field regarding customer concerns, trends, and competitor activities.

Qualification and Experience

• SHS certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in fieldwork, sales, promotions, or customer engagement is an added advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to travel to different field locations as needed.
• Strong interest in community engagement and outreach work.
• Basic understanding of data collection or customer service is desirable.
