Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands to support daily production operations in our manufacturing plant. This role is entry-level and ideal for individuals with basic education who are ready to work in a structured factory environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production line operations under supervision.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Perform other production support tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- JHS or SHS certificate.
- Physically fit and able to work.
- Willingness to work shifts (day and night).
- Basic understanding of English.
