Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading by example by selling directly to customers whilst coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives and owning all aspects of performance and developmentÂ
- Managing your team's performance to create a best-in-class sales teamÂ
- Coaching and supporting your team, creating best practices across the entire sales process
- Owning your team's training and development
- Driving daily activity, taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter after quarter
- Discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targetsÂ
- Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of experience within a similar role with at least 1 year of management experienceÂ
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- The ability to motivate and drive performanceÂ
- Experience working within a performance management cultureÂ
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
Nice to have:
- Fluency in any other language
- Experience scaling Card Present/POS teams
