Job Summary
As an energy project manager on our team, you’ll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your client’s structure, biggest challenges, and desired outcomes in a manner that they may not have considered before. You’ll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership, engineers, and analysts to collaboratively develop innovative energy and resilience projects with broad support. Additionally, once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll lay out a path forward to achieve expected results and share it with internal and client leadership. This is your chance to gain experience in energy projects and the Department of Defense while growing your consulting skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Nice To Have:
- 4+ years of experience as an energy project manager, energy analyst, or project developer
- Experience with origination, design, and implementation of energy resilience and energy generation projects
- Experience with advising senior clients and stakeholders
- Experience working with energy technologies, such as microgrids, renewables, and energy storage
- Knowledge of the energy sector trends, such as grid modernization, “pull-the-plug” black start exercises, and climate change adaptation and mitigation solutions
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and technical experts to incorporate requirements into project development and planning
- Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully advance multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED
