As a key member of our sales department, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across our specialized areas of Networking Enterprise Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Solutions, Data Center Solutions, and Cloud services

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives in IT solution selling.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success in the IT solutions domain.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions by researching potential clients, analyzing market trends, and staying abreast of industry developments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the IT solutions sector, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in IT solution selling, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics in IT solutions, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Forecast sales projections and prepare regular reports for management in the IT solutions domain, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with overall business objectives in IT solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in IT solutions to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities related to IT solutions.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, attend conferences, or participate in industry events related to IT solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, specifically in solution selling, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team focused on IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of IT solutions terminology and concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth in the IT solutions sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities related to IT solutions.
  • Travel flexibility as required.
