Business Product Manager (E-commerce)

Your responsibilities

• Development of new features :

• Take charge of all ecommerce tech products (admin, app user - champion - merchant)
• Define the specifications of tech needs thanks to testing, user feedback, employees, etc.
• Write project contributions for functions
• Write basic feature specifications
• Synchronize with tech for task planning

• Guarantee product quality:

• Discuss with teams about evolving customer and operational needs to improve existing functions
• Support the global Ecommerce team to implement AB tests to optimize the conversion channel
• Take the lead in reporting and tracking ecommerce bugs

• Market watch:

• Study best practices for similar and adjacent products in all markets around the world to adapt our product development plan accordingly.

You are made for this position if

• Previous professional experience in product management, preferably in the field of E-commerce.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of markets and industry trends.

You Possess

• Level of study: MBA or Master (recommended but not required) in management, marketing, engineering or any other related field
• Experience: 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Mandatory skills: Good knowledge of database structuring is required, as well as good knowledge of API-based products.
• Skills we are looking for in addition: Basic knowledge of any programming language
• Tools to master: Asana, Trello, Jira; Google suite
