Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Partnerships Manager based in Tamale, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Business Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with retail partners, managing strategic accounts, and analyzing partnership performance to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves fostering collaboration, enhancing communication with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Qualifications

  • Results oriented in onboarding retail business owners.
  • Knowledge to discover social selling business owners on TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. and strategic partnership skills and expertise.
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Effective Communication and exceptional Relationship-Building abilities
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and performance
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms related to business and relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working in social commerce or selling, e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail industries is a plus
