How you will do it:
- Collaboration with Qualified Mentors: Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll work closely with qualified Johnson Controls employees who will serve as mentors, guiding you in developing your skills. This collaborative environment ensures that you receive the support and guidance needed to succeed in your role.

Qualifications:
- You will be enrolled on a three year level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician apprenticeship, delivered by our training partners West Nottinghamshire college.
