Our belief is simple: making customers better, makes better customers. As an Emerging Account Manager you will manage a book of Mural’s largest growing clients by applying a human-centered approach. Account Managers play an integral role in our business, building strong working relationships with each and every client and driving annual renewals and opportunistic upsells.

Job Description/Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You are the point person for a portfolio of high growth enterprise Mural customers
- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
- Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage Mural to meet their transformation needs and hitting success milestones
- Leverage project management skills to ensure complex accounts with various stakeholders utilize and leverage Mural across their business
- Own annual renewals and upsells across your customers
- Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Sales) to prioritize a cohesive and innovative customer experienceÂ
- Develop best practices and process strategies to help the Account Management team scaleÂ
- Elicit client feedback to act as internal advocate for our customers with Mural's product teams
- Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
- Communicate regularly with your customers to evaluate satisfaction
- Actively work to make your teammates at Mural successfulÂ
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management at a SaaS organization
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment where you enjoy innovating in your sales approach and sharing best practices across the organization
- Excellent project management skills and able to create and launch new initiativesÂ
- You have experience running 6-7 figure renewals and upsell within a fast paced SaaS company
- You have worked closely with behemoth, matrixed customers to drive product adoption and workflow change management
- An intrinsic love of learning and demonstrating best practices of new technology
- Gain fulfillment from helping others by means of public speaking and training
- A highly responsive, outgoing, energetic representative of MuralÂ
- A self-starting, independent approach to managing your own work
- Ability to manage and interpret customer behavior/data to create valuable business outcomes
- A passion to help customers succeed and empathize with them

- This person will be based in EMEA
