Jobberman launches the Wo Pe Job Campaign

Jobberman Ghana, the country’s leading online recruitment platform, has launched a new campaign titled Wo Pɛ Job? More Jobs Dey Here to mark its 13th year of operations in Ghana. The campaign seeks to drive job applications, support employers with top talent, and celebrate the company’s role in shaping Ghana’s labour market over the past decade.

Since its establishment in Ghana, Jobberman has helped over 20,000 job seekers secure employment and supported hundreds of employers in finding skilled candidates. As the organisation celebrates its milestone, it is doubling down on its mission to address youth unemployment and skills mismatch in the country.

The Wo Pɛ Job?” campaign comes at a time when job seekers are increasingly looking for transparent, accessible, and reliable platforms to navigate a competitive job market.

Free Job Applications: Reinforcing Jobberman’s long-standing policy, job applications on the platform remain 100% free for all job seekers.

AI Career Tool Giveaway: As part of the anniversary celebrations, selected job seekers will enjoy free one-month access to Jobberman’s AI-powered Career Tool, which helps improve CVs, write cover letters, prepare for job interviews and enhance overall application quality.

Employer Incentives: Employers who recruit during the campaign period will benefit from a 13% discount on our basic and standard listing recruitment solutions.

Voices from the Community

The campaign is not only a milestone for Jobberman Ghana but also a reflection of its impact on the lives of ordinary Ghanaians.

Ama Afriyie Boateng, a 27-year-old marketing graduate from Kumasi, shared her experience: “After months of searching, I finally landed my first job through Jobberman. What stood out for me was how easy it was to apply and the guidance I got from their CV resources. Knowing that applications are free gives people like me the confidence to keep trying.”

For employers, Jobberman has become a reliable partner.

Kwame Owusu, HR Manager of a mid-sized tech firm in Accra, explained: “We’ve hired some of our best young professionals through Jobberman. Their database is vast, but more importantly, the candidates are pre-screened and ready for the world of work. It saves us both time and cost.”

A Milestone in Impact

Commenting on the launch, Hilda Nimo-Tieku, Managing Director for Jobberman, said: For 13 years, Jobberman Ghana has been at the forefront of bridging the gap between job seekers and employers. We have seen over 20,000 success stories unfold on our platform — from young graduates landing their first job to experienced professionals advancing their careers. The ‘Wo Pɛ Job?’ campaign is both a celebration of that journey and a renewed commitment to tackling unemployment and connecting talent with opportunity.”

According to the 9th Economic update from the World Bank World Bank, Ghana’s working-age population is expected to grow by an additional 5 million in the next decade, highlighting the urgency of creating sustainable pathways to employment. Jobberman Ghana positions itself as a key player in this ecosystem, combining technology, employer partnerships, and training resources to empower job seekers.

The campaign also underscores Jobberman Ghana’s role as part of the Africa Talent Company, which operates across multiple African markets. With innovations such as AI-powered tools, career guidance resources, and employer solutions, the platform is working to modernize recruitment while keeping its services accessible.

The “Wo Pɛ Job? More Jobs Dey Here” campaign officially launched this month and will run throughout Jobberman Ghana’s anniversary celebrations. Both job seekers and employers are encouraged to take advantage of the offers and opportunities available on the platform.
